George Coulouris reports on a 4-day mini tour of North Holland on his New Series. Starting from The Hague (close to the Harwich-Hook of Holland ferry) his tour covered 400 km on the North Sea Cycle route and around what was once the old Zuiderzee with its charming old fishing ports, reclaimed 'polders' and canals. He describes the 'iPhone touring' approach - a tour with flexible stages enabled by the ability to find B & B accommodation on-the-fly with Google maps and a web browser.
